My mother currently lives in ****** PA. She hired movers, two men and a lady to move her stuff from ************ to ******* where I live. My father recently passed away and she is moving in with me. The next day (or so) I started taking inventory. I called my mom asked her what happened to the guitar and if she had sent it. She informed me she did and when the one of the movers picked it up made a comment saying "nice guitar" and my mom responded "be careful with that it was my husband's" and they assured her they would. I want to give them benefit of the doubt and believe they "forgot" the guitar on the van and brought it back to ************ with them. I'm convinced now this was not an accident, this was intentional. I spoke with them on Dec 16th 2024 and they were supposed to ship out the guitar. Three weeks later I've been trying to get ahold of them and they do not return phone calls. The fact they refuse to return not only my phone calls but my mom's calls as well further convinces me that they intentionally stole this guitar. I believe they planned it on their drive out. They saw a high value item, seized the opportunity and stole it. This was my father's guitar, a navy veteran, and has sentimental value to me and is precious to me.

I hired Two Men and a Lady Moving to assist in moving our belongings from our home to a storage locker on Feb 23rd, 2024. Prior to the company arriving, we had packed our belongings in boxes and totes. Some of the items were fragile and were labeled as such on the boxes and each fragile item was wrapped in bubble wrap. During the move, The movers had stacked the boxes so high and so heavy on top of totes that the lid of the totes had collapsed, and the items that were stacked had fell. Myself and the lead mover looked through some (not all) of the boxes because of the limited time remaining for the move. The mover said they would replace the tote lids and in the event that when we would go to unpack and broken items were found, it would be taken care of. A few days later, they gave us replacement tote lids.Upon unpacking our items on June 9, 2024, I noted that the tote lids were the incorrect size and that multiple valuables were broken including China dishes and polish pottery. I reached out to the company to notify them but no answer. Called on 6/10/24, and receptionist answered and made aware on the situation. I was instructed to send a photo of the broken dishes and to send an itemized list of the costs and they would make it right. I sent the photo of the items. Called 6/15/24 to make them aware of my itemized list and no answer. Also sent text message explaining how items were properly packed and box labeled Fragile Do Not Stack. Called 6/17 and they did not answer but returned my call approx 6 hrs later, and asked me to send itemized list over text and that someone would call the next day to discuss plan. I sent the itemized list totaling $1706.78 (pretax) on 6/17/24 and got no call on 6/18/24. Follow up text sent 6/20/24- no answer. 6/21/24 follow up call-no answer. 6/27/24 follow up email- no answer. 7/1/24 called and spoke to receptionist, and she said shed pass my concerns on to the owner- no call back. 7/2 called for follow up- no answer.
