      My wife and I had a terrible experience with this firm. We have been looking for property in the Poconos, and found a piece that we really liked. We did not yet have an agent so we reached out to the agent representing the property to make an offer. We signed the agreement and the agent told us the buyer accepted the terms with a few conditions which we agreed to. Everything seemed to be going well and the agent was very communicative and constantly following up. The next day, radio silence. We reached out many times and didn't hear anything until later in the day day when the agent called us to say the buyer accepted another offer. He never informed us there was another bidder nor did he give un an opportunity to counter. The dealing was very shady and as our buyers agent he should have told us there was another bidder as well as another offer. Upon expressing my frustration the Agent hung up on me I reached out to the Owner of the agency and he did not feel that his representative handled anything inappropriately, we disagreed. Regardless it was a poor experience, our agent grossly mismanaged negotiations on our behalf and as a result we lost the opportunity to continue to bid on the property. I would not list with this company as they do not have the sellers best interest in mind and I recommend engaging a separate buyers agent you trust if you find you need to negotiate a deal with any listing they may have.
