    In May of 2021 was given a quote for work to be done on my house by Manuel G***** from Geo Comfort Homes. On the day they were going to start no one showed up. I went back and forth with Manuel about future start dates and nobody ever showed up. It was getting to close to winter to do outside work on the house. I was told by Manuel that we would be the first job in the spring of 2022. After another start date were no one showed he told me he would give me my deposit back but I told him I wanted the work done. With the economy the way it is the work ,I feel, would be a lot more than he quoted. Not my problem! I want the work done for the price quoted. The work to be done is install vinyl soffits and aluminum wrap the fascia of the house, any wood trim that was bad would be replaced and the whole house painted 2 coats.
