    Called Louis from Absolute Appliance SVC for an estimate for repair of my LG washing machine on 12-23-2023. Louis picked up the phone while I was explaining my need for an estimate to his voice mail, ( I should have known better) said he was in Nazareth and could be at my house in a few hours. Louis arrived, took the machine apart, identified the needed part, told me he would contact his supplier for a price on the part and get back to me. I was charged 135.00$ , paid by check, received an electronic receipt and never heard from Louis or Absolute Appliance SVC again. After calling and texting Louis numerous times I came to realize I had been scammed. I have since bought a new washer from a local appliance store who services what they sell. You should probably not call Louis or Absolute Appliance SVC if Easton Pa., if so prepare to be scammed.

    I called AA SVC 12/21/22, Louis called back 12/22 to check the problem with our washer and dryer. He said he would get the parts the following week, didn't hear from him. OK, Christmas week. Waited until January 3 to call him again, no response. I called January 4, he responded that he would be here on January 7 between 12-4, NO SHOW! I called January 12 and left a message about the the 7th. He called back and said he would be on the 14th between 12 -4. At 3:38 on the 14th he called to say he was running late but be here in about 45 minutes. So we waited again. NO SHOW! I called on the 16th to say I wanted my money back and was letting the BBB know about the scam. He never responded!! What kind of a business man is this? Tired of waiting for a dead beat no show and being lied to to. If I could give him less than 1 star I would.

    Don’t ever call this business. They have the worst customer service. The boss of this company said I don’t care about my reviews! It was so obvious as I was reading one bad review after another. Save your money and precious time because this company is absolutely horrible!!! Please be aware I found them on thumbtack and calling them was the biggest mistake!!
