    I purchased the Crayola Washable sidewalk chalk. My little toddler got it on her cute OshKosh outfit, her jacket, pants, shirt, socks, shoes, etc. they are messy kids and that's why I bought the washable as extra insurance. I put the clothing to wash immediately and with stain laundry remover, and was shocked that it didn't come out and permanently stained all the clothing. I laundered it a second time. Again, it did not make a difference, and was surprised that this "washable"product as they advertise right on the box, stained these clothes! Im talking big stains, regardless, it shouldn't stain whatsoever, but these clothes are completely ruined from this product.I called Crayola's customer service and spoke with a ****** and a ****. They were so unprofessional, and said they would not issue a reimbursement but a discount coupon at most. I was like this million dollar company won't even stand by their guarantee?! This is misleading advertising and very very poor customer service to say the least.

    They did not issue the refund of 100.00 per my request to cover damaged items from their defective product.  Also they have misleading and false advertising saying it’s “washable” where it is not but rather produced permanent staining that would not come out with any treatment.
