    Was charged for 2 clutches for my 4x4 ***** Tracker. They charged me for a regular and a 4 x4, also never refilled my fluid after replacing the clutch. My pedal was mushy took to my local transmission shop and they found my fluid wasnt there.Thats why I was smelling burning, experiencing hard to shift etc. Superior even forgot the cap for it said I could order it! They had my husbands pick up over 7 months, telling him they could only work on it outside and it was winter. The shop told him when it was the best time for them to fix it, thats why he dropped it off!When I found the 2 clutch charge they brushed it off, and said oh ok take the bill down to x amount. Had I not looked over my slip my husband would have paid for it. From that point on whenever I called I could tell they were not happy to speak with ***** husband kept calling them about his truck, got told were busy, its winter etc etc. My husband stated to Superior if you told me you couldnt fix it I would have taken it some place else.After those experiences I wasnt going to inform them of my fluids.We only went to Superior because his family always had good experience with them in the past. No longer.Even our youngest son had work done on his truck there and found parts were not what he was told, and caused him some other mechanical issues.Will not ever return to them again!
