Your cause auto services broke our contract for the car I was leasing I was paying $560 bi-weekly for a car & the last 2 years I had left to pay on it they tried to make me finance when I was leasing it (due to my bad credit and to lease it was no credit check) so they were about to get the car repo and now my car is under my sisters name & im stuck financing when they broke our contract & the finance agreement under my sisters name is making me pay the $22,000 all over again for the car when I had it down to a $9000 balance . They claimed it was a everything covered contract where they fixed the issues on the car (beside regular ************ and their has been a light on in the car staying the car was in a accident when it wasnt & they never wanted to fix it & now its almost a $5,000 fix when they were suppose to do it & now everything is just way harder since they did that to me !Business Response

Our subscription program allows credit challenged customers access to accessible, reliable and flexible transportation. Because of the high risk of allowing no credit check customers, all property rights- title, registration and plate remain our property until paid off. This is explained at inception and customers sign multiple places accepting these terms.Due to deteriorateing macro economic conditions our bank recalled our line of credit forcing us to reclaim our property. To help our customers we secured alternative bad credit financing with an alternative lender. Miss ******* secured it with a cosigner. She also received an over $10,000 discount from the 4 year contract.
It should be noted ***** routinely broke the contract requirement of on time, every time yet we continues to accommodate her.She also continued to put the driving public at risk by allowing her significant other- unlicensed and uninsured to operate our property.
We will continue to help consumers striving to improve themselves.

Please be advised this person is no longer a customer. Our innovative subscription program offers working families and those striving for a better life an opportunity to access reliable, flexible and affordable transportation. We do no credit check and allow only $100 inception fee. In return, customers commit to on-time every time payments.
Miss ******* repeatedly broke the contract. However, we worked with her giving her repeated extensions. Moreover, she put the driving public at risk by allowing her significant other to drive while uninsured which is illegal in the *****************************
Based on a banking decision over which we had no authority, customers were allowed to get outside financing to keep the car. She was denied due to her credit situation. She secured a loan through her sister allowing her a lower payment. Finally, in all cases our subscription service explicitly details (customers sign 7 places) the vehicles remain the property of Your Cause Auto throughout the subscription. Title, registration and plate belong to the company not the subscriber. We offer a maintenance plan no other auto company offers---4 year everything covered maintenance contract with deductible.
We regret this person does not appreciate our program which helps hundreds of families. We will not be deterred in continuing to help families.

Business is charging $1100 a month for car, contract says I get a loaner if anything happens to car till it's fixed. On the 29th I was in a accident, they took $160 off my card to take car, n left me with no way to get around. They victimized me by taking my money knowing I'm disabled n need to get around. So they decided to change my contract so they can take all my money. It's a 2020 Kia ******* they wanna take my $1100 disability check for the next four years. They never registered the car right so I was getting hit with multiple registration tickets. For three months they never got it right. Took for ******* mother to figure they registered the car wrong. When we went to resolve it, employee yelled and screamed in my mothers face n called the cops, cause they didn't get it right. They had $400 insurance on the car. They claim nothing is covering me for a rental. Them not having registration right had me paying all these tickets. The distortion of a clear contract designed to help working families and those striving to become working is regrettable as we help hundreds of families who need accessible, reliable and flexible transportation.
We do not approve $100 down customers unless they can make payments. Ms. ***** provided proof of employment and ssd and we offered for $100 down and No credit check a 2020 Kia ******* The payment reflected the *************** guidelines of no more than 30% of income for vehicle transportation. Moreover we provide services not currently offered in the marketplace: Everything covered maintenance contract; discount oil changes; total loss protection/gap, excess contingency legal protection in event of wrongful death accident, restocking paid through contract not upfront so a customer can leave for $100 inception fee and 1st payment. Vehicles remain our property titled, registered and plated to us so full coverage insurance is through the company to ensure there is never a lapse of insurance.
Ms. ***** repeatedly violated the contract in which she signed multiple times to make payments on time, every time. She received multiple tickets for parking violations. We paid the ticket for registration update as well as her parking violations.. After the accident she was only billed for towing though there is a $1000 collision deductible. Opposing party involved in accident only had state minimums. The contract requires Ms. ***** and all customers to pay for $1000 in repairs and she refused.
We will continue to help the driving public who needs reliable, quality and affordable access to transportation. We regret Ms. ***** repeatedly broke the contract and her obligations in our important program to serve all.

I believe that this car dealership is selling cars that were in auto accidents. I have a somewhat newish car that is having mechanical problems. The business is an okay business but I think that it’s kinda shady..I just don’t want to be harassed by the company for thisBusiness Response

This is a false, fallacious and absurd complaint.
No other auto company offers a Contact long Everything covered maintenance agreement. ******************** has not called for an appointment. When she does, we fix everything even wear and tear items. Moreover she like all customers receive a no extra cost loaner car if vehicle must stay overnight. If there is an accident as ******************* fell asleep at the wheel and totaled a 2020suv, she got a loaner car.
Our funders do not allow us to purchase vehicles that are rebuilt nor salvage titles. All vehicles are inspected and mechanically checked by veteran 30yr+A mechanics.
To accuse our company of being "shady" is reprehensible as we help people with poor credit or no credit access reliable vehicles at the lowest inception fee in PAand NJ. Furthermore, All including ******************* can return our vehicle at anytime and cancel the contract without punitive credit harm Far, far from shady, we are honest, responsible and fair. I *********************** purchased a vehicle through this place july of 2020. It is a buy here pay here place my husband and I made weekly auto-draft payments on time of 120 for 2 years it's in the contract. The worker ***** they I spoke with and communicated with via email stated that any repairs that needed to be fixed had to be done by the shop. they made me but insurance on the car but kept the car REGISTERED through them which was illegal. I live in NJ my insurance was through nj beacuse the car had been fixed through them they charged me 350 for a repair. that was om top of the 120. i reached out to them letting them know that we had fell on hard times and the extra couldnt be taken out that week. ***** said that the payment had to be made for the repair. the actual carnote was paid on time not behind. ***** was very nasty also came and repoed the car. so all my money for the last 2 years was gone and the car.Business Response

Tell us whOur mission is to ensure working families have accessible, reliable, and flexible access to transportation through "mobility as a service" subscription service for used automobiles. We are not a buy here pay here dealership. Our subscription service provides a no credit check, less than 1.5% downpayment and everything covered service maintenance contract with a deductible. Our legally binding contract allows customers to return the vehicle anytime for any reason including "tough times" without punitive credit harm nor wage garnishment liens for unpaid contract balances.
Our program helps hundreds of working families access reliable vehicles regardless of their credit situation at a minimum downpayment --$100 and a first-week payment. All our vehicles remain our property registered, titled, and plated to the company until the end of the contract at which point a customer can purchase the vehicle for $1 and state fees to register, title, and issue plate in their name. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania regulations consider such legally binding contracts not as rentals because our minimum contract is three months which PA considers a lease.
Despite many payment plans demonstrating flexibility and sensitivity to this customer's economic and familial situation and offering to return the vehicle with no credit damage, she and her husband refused. Moreover, they repeatedly put the driving public at risk by having uninsured drivers operating the vehicle (her husband and daughter who were not on the contract) operating the vehicle. Regardless, we worked through missed payments, payment plans, and the violation of NJ auto insurance law in order to remain true to our mission.
***************** is in default of $2530 for the contract balance; $155.96 in unpaid tickets and $135 mechanical deductible balance.

I’m regards to there response it is all lies I have every email from this business. We have satisfied every payment arrangement ever made on the vehicle in mention. The current arrangement was not for car it was for repairs that they were adamant about Me making the payment . They repossessed the vehicle for a repair payment. They decided to take vehicle and violate my customer rights. Basically took my hard earned working money and vehicle because it was registered to them.Business Response

**********************;The vehicle in mention was taken away from me unwillingly. Your cause auto repoed car from me because I’m *****. I asked just for a extension on a Maitnence agreement . In regards to car note itself it was not late and I had no reason to not pay the note being as though it was always paid . I have proog of that as well. They are greedy people customer service is undeniably horrible . They prey on people that aren’t credit worthy at the time charge ridiculous prices. So how can you sue me for a car I didn’t have a problem paying for. And never missed a car payment. Once again I feel reason being is because I’m an A ******* ******** woman that wouldn’t allow them to treat me any kind of way. Only reason they were able to get over on me and take all my hard earned money and the car was because they make sure the car is registered to them. But want the customer to put full coverage insurance on they cars. I have that proof as well. I have every payment on file along with car insurance there was absolutely no reason for Your Cause Auto to drive from Easton Pa to Nj to repo the vehicle and then in return say you gonna sue me !!! Me and my spouse then called to try and retrieve the vehicle back via email and phone calls we were told they had to call there corporate site for a decision but the decision was NO!! Your cause auto broke the contract took the vehicle away from me and all my money that I put into the car. Thank you BBB for this response happy new year!
