    Event: 7/29/22 Amount paid: $266.06 The problem here is that I was not pleased with the end result , delivery of the final product, and when I tried to contact the vendor they did not return any of my many calls. We had a Quinceañera event, which is a formal attire event to the scale and elegance of a wedding. I was out of state for this event, I lived in VA and the event was in PA. I met with the owner 2/26/22 to over the details in person and signed a contract. 1.The cake was the wrong color, teal rather than a baby blue/Cinderella blue. I showed her a picture of the actual dress when we met at her shop to be sure she knew what shade of blue the frosting needed to be. 2. Incorrect design. As in the picture the design should have been a raised wave not dented. The end result was not as we requested and was a poor design. 3. We did not have enough cupcakes for the number of guests. We had originally discussed 80-100 guests and ordered 72 cupcakes and a 6 inch cake after discussing details with Julissa. As I got closer to the deadline with the bakery I informed her that my final guest count was 110 people. I asked if I should increase the quantity of cupcakes, she said no, what we ordered would be enough as the hotel was providing some small treats (mini finger food desserts) and from her experience not everyone eats cake. Many guests never had any dessert. The birthday girl and I almost didn't get any. The main dessert was the cake, the hotel treats were just mini extras. 3. Final product was not what I expected as it was not fitting for the occasion. The guest cupcakes we ordinary cupcakes with regular white lined baked to it and looked small. She added some silver balls after I complained. Bakery knew the scale and importance of event and it didn't deliver. I tried calling many times and I emailed asking them to call me back. I got an emailed stating they delivered what the contract said and they were sorry I was not pleased. No calls back.
