    I ordered a sectional sofa from Homesquare through Walmart.com on November 21 2023. It was delivered Dec 1. Order #*******-48542303 Total amount $613.53. The same evening it was delivered I contacted walmart.com and Homesquare through emails and messages. The chase part of the sofa arrived with holes on the box(have photos) I opened the chase box and the back of the chase had the wood on the inside completely cracked. You can see through the fabric the part where the wood collapsed and splinters of wood through the fabric. The box fell apart when I pulled it out. I emailed walmart.com 12 times and they in turn message them on my behalf, told t wait for and email never received. I then tried contacting them directly sending messages they never respond. They also never answer the phone. In all my correspondence I requested to have the chase part replaced not the whole sofa since they are two separate pieces, I also requested the proper box to send the other one back. I have no heard from anyone but they sent Fed EX to pick it up. They refused to take it without the appropriate box. I message them again still nothing. At this point they can take the whole thing back. I needed it for the holidays and Im stuck with no reponse, broken furniture and no money. If they cant send me a new chase part I want a refund, they wont even respond to the request of shipping me proper boxing so fed ex can take it. 2 weeks of emails and phone calls and nothing. Both Homesqaure and Walmart.com are ignoring my requests.
