      I wish i could give them 0 star they are just worst thn worst. I went to ************** branch and bought a dining table the quality of the table is worst and their service of delivery was more worst. I keep telling my friends and family member to stay away from this store.

      I ordered a sectional with the company at the end of May 2024. They gave me a good price and the initial experience was great. I was told that it could take "up to 4 to 6 weeks" for delivery but "recently it has been taking 2 to 3 weeks". When I bought the item the computer they showed me said it was "in stock". At 6 weeks I called, after receiving no word from them, and was notified that it would be 2 more weeks till I was contacted for delivery. We called again at 8 weeks and were told that half the sectional was in but it would be another 2 weeks. Again we received no notification for this without reaching out ourselves or explanation/apology for the delay. At 10 weeks I called, very upset, and was given a delivery date at 13 weeks from when I bought the furniture. This is more than DOUBLE the initial quote time, with zero explanation for what happened and no efforts to make it right. I posted a 2 star review on ****** maps outlining my experience (including the good prices/initial good sales experience). Within 24 hours I was contacted by my salesman stating that his regional manager had contacted him and stating that they were a local business and relied heavily on reviews. They offered 60 bucks off delivery and free setup to delete or change the review. There was no apology for s******* up so badly and I felt VERY pressured with a call out of no where and repeated requests to delete the review entirely. To avoid further issues with the company I simply stated "okay" and they did modify the sales agreement to refund and do free setup. While I deleted the review for now, I plan on re-posting once my furniture is safely delivered. The company is very clearly engaging in bribery and fraud with their reviews and the whole process after the initial buying stage has been very shady and with ZERO remorse. I felt borderline unsafe when they were calling me trying to fraud their way out of a bed review. Stay away from this place despite the prices!

      Never ever would I buy them again! We we're told that our furniture was in stock come to find out apparently was not. We had one shipment come two weeks after we were promised to have it. We got our bedroom furniture, however it was not fully done. Then we were told that the rest of the furniture would be here by the end of the month. I called the manager to speak to her and she hung up on me multiple times. This place is a joke do not buy from them

      I bought a couch here this week, I told the salesman “assistant manager” what couch I was looking for & he continued to tell me another was better…I was pressured into buying. Upon leaving- I called within 20 minutes to tell him I wanted the precious. He then said he couldn’t get that one. So I asked to cancel and I would be willing to come back and find a different couch I just want time to not make the same mistake again. He said “no problem come back anytime with the card to cancel.”

      Another lady called us the next day asking to place the order or cancel and we said no we are canceling. She said okay - the operational manager will be in on Friday to cancel for you. My husband is a police officer and could not leave work on time- we called immediately to make sure it was okay- the man on the phone said “”yea of course no problem come any time on Saturday to cancel!” We arrived shortly after 10am on Saturday and the same lady we previously spoke to said we cannot cancel. All sales are final. We have to wait for a different manager to call us. Both people in the store were VERY rude. I checked my card and now the transaction was completed and no longer pending so I called after seeing that asking why!?! & she hung up on me. Trying to dispute this with my credit card company now & it is a mess.

      DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!

      I am now out $1500 !! && still don’t even have a couch for it.

      Horrible experience. Customer service was a nightmare. No follow up, I called and was told one thing, get to the store, was told another. Best part is, when I showed up to pick up furniture, salesperson was sitting on her phone watching videos and completely changed her version of the events…. Then when I questioned it, she says she MEANT to call me but was so busy, again, as she was sitting on her phone watching videos and laughing, that she was unable to call. it was 5:00 pm when I showed up. Store manager did make attempt to resolve but, one I left, there was no follow through on his word still hasn’t followed up a week later either. Left store after being told they’d deliver, since I was told I could pick up and then show up to be told furniture had not actually been brought to store for pick up. Finally, after back and forth, they agreed to deliver, when I did finally receive furniture, it was damaged, they refused to take accountability for the damage to the furniture. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

      Deserves no stars.
      First I get the wrong order delivered then blamed for it when I had a screenshot I'd showed the rep on my phone to order the exact piece. Second, delivery guys ask me to pay through venmo
      if I want them to put the furniture together and when I decline they say on their way out thinking I can't hear them that they also accept "physical assault". Just WTF. All the 1 star google reviews are probably 100% accurate. If they're that comfortable behaving towards a customer, imagine what they do to your furniture when you're not looking or if that Venmo payment would've actually even been for putting together furniture. They can just make up whatever price seems fit in that manner. Seems like this business is all about taking the money without actually caring about the customer and while I'll be making my next furniture purchase elsewhere, I sincerely hope this and other reviews can make someone take a moment to rethink the decision. At the very least, record every interaction and document if you can.

      NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Just Furniture....They can't even sell JUST FURNITURE!!!
      We paid in full for a chase lounge sofa, a matching chair and ottoman and an accent chair. When we were there we were told they just got this full set in today and can deliver that week. When we got to the register we were told that the chairs are on back order for THREE-FIVE weeks. Three weeks in we called the store to be told they will be in next week. EVERY week after WE called the store to be lied to. IT TOOK ELEVEN WEEKS for us to FINALLY have a complete living room set. Remind you we had gotten rid of our old furniture so we had half of an empty living room for almost THREE months. It was lie after lie after lie we were told when WE called or even when WE stopped into the store. Half way through this saga we asked if we could return what we already received and was told there's no refund. Well you ALSO wrote on our sales slip that we would have all our furniture in THREE-FIVE weeks.....NOT ELEVEN!!! Then we wanted to talk to corporate. Oh the run around we got from that. We asked to be reimburses for the last chair and ottoman that we had to wait so long for. Oh their working on that! HA~ Its been another THREE months and we still haven't heard back. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
