  I have worked with Mathew P**** to originate loans for over 30 rental properties. Mathew is a true professional. He and his companies are an excellent borrower and steward of the lender's capital. They always pay on time and do the renovations they say they'll do to improve their properties. They are a high-quality operator and I would recommend working with them.

  It was a pleasure working with Matt selling my house. He is honest and straightforward the whole process went exactly as he had said from the very start. He definitely worked with my time schedule. I would recommend him to anybody. And the closing is very short and sweet.

  When a close family friend who owned 10 properties passed away suddenly, Jim and I referred the family to Pezon Properties to sell the homes because we trust them.
  Mat closed on the homes ahead of schedule with no issues. He treated the family with respect and dignity, delivering everything he said he would do. Highly recommend this company!
