    On 3/20/23 I received a pending charge from 'FYE* BSP ***********.' I submitted an inquiry through their website as I've not set up any recurring charges with FYE and never received a response. I followed up over the phone on 3/24/23 and was told it would be cancelled. I received another charge on 4/20/23. I again phoned FYE and was told the name on the account isn't mine so they could not cancel the account or the charges. I reiterated my card was being charged fraudulently as I never enrolled in a card or any recurring charges with them, which should be reinforced by the name not matching and was told they couldn't make any changes to my account as the name on the card isn't mine. I let them know I would be filing a dispute with my bank and a complaint with the BBB as they are fraudulently charging me something I did not enroll in. I would like the charges reimbursed, a confirmation that my card information is removed completely from the FYE system to avoid additional fraudulent charges, as well as compensation for my time as I've spent over 3 hours between written correspondence and phone communications trying to resolve this to no avail.
