    Club Pilates Nazareth has ghosted me. This all started back in August 2022. I was seeing that they were putting a location in the ************* and I was excited to say the least. I signed up for their mailing list and received a call about a promotion that they were running for their " founding members". The promotion was a discounted 20% off of their standard pricing packages. I opted for the 8 class monthly package which cost $127.00. I was told that they would open up late October 2022 early November which seems like a long time but I had decided it was worth the wait. To sum up the experience it was now January 2023 and the club kept pushing back their opening date with little to no updates throughout. I decided to reach out and cancel my membership since they still did not open the studio. I received a refund confirmation stating that I will receive a check in the mail details as follows: " Hello ****** , this email is a refund confirmation, details shown below." Refund Details Invoice refunded: # ********* Refunded amount: $127.00 Refunded by written check It is now March, 21st 2023 and I have yet to receive my refund check. I have contacted the business via email 4 times to request an update and the only response I got was on March 7th stating: Good afternoon ****** ( my legal name) I will reach out to the franchise owner and see what the status of this is. I responded right away on March 7th, and then followed up on March 14th 2023. I still have not heard anything from this business and I am completely at a loss for how unprofessional they are conducting their business. I have never set foot into this studio and will never. Please help me foremost, educate them on how to properly manage their business and secondly my refund.I appreciate your time. Sincerely, ***************************
