    Ive been paying 13 years for the rv package. The other day when I went to use it. I was told different answers. Service never did arrive. They refused to make good on what the policy was I have been paying for. To start. I was lead to believe I was paying for 24/7 road side assistance with an rv and towing of the rv with first 100 miles free. I was confirmed on that multiple times I called. However once I gave all the information they told me no they will only cover first $500 and I needed money to pay the tow truck driver or give my credit card over the phone once they got a quote from the towing company before they would send anyone to assist us. Then it got late after all the back and forth and they told me they dont have 24 hour towing available. If I wanted a truck itd be $1,800 needed to be paid upon arrival. In the end. They never did help after contacting them and visiting the office. The best they offered was a reimbursement form sent in the mail. That is not the peace of mind of having 24/7 towing and plus rv packages with 100 miles free towing 24/7. If phone records were to be requested. There would be multiple times I was told they would cover 100 miles free for an rv. Then given the run around. The paperwork they offer when you sign up sounds great but they dont actually offer that. When I went to the office I was told my plus rv package only upgrades the distance they will tow my car???? Hows that an rv package

    We contacted Mr. ***** letting him know we would be making a one exception to the $500 ** limit and reimburse him the amount he paid for the ** tow.
