      5/21/23. Paid for a case of 50 tripe sticks and received 1 tripe stick. They did this twice. This company is simply not capable of getting it right. Also they have a very abusive employee named ****.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  We will initiate an internal investigation into the order (potentially as simple an error as a warehouse item set up - but we have not had similar complaints on this item indicating a backend setup issue) and will review processes with appropriate care team member to ensure customer interactions are in a polite and appropriate manner.
