    On November 19th, 2022 my family and I booked a Christmas photo shoot with Stoneycreek Photography at 11am. We paid a $25 deposit prior to the booking and I paid $100 cash to Melissa A******* (owner) at the end of the session at approximately 11:30am.
    On December 3rd at 10:05am I reached out to inquire about the pictures I had yet to receive via Melissa A*******'s personal Facebook Messanger app.
    On December 1st at 6:39pm I reached out to inquire about the pictures I had not received through Stoneycreek Facebook Messenger app.
    On December 4th at 7:06pm I received an email from Stoneycreek stating, "Your pictures are ready for download, click the button below to download. You can use this link to download them again at anytime during the next 7 days. After 7 days, you can visit the gallery to request a new download."
    On December 4th at 8:07pm I had reached out to Melissa A******* in regards to photoshopping and editing my pictures. She had given me her word that she would edit the photos. Upon receiving the photos, I realized she had not upheld her agreement, not a single photo was edited.
    On December 4th, I messaged her stating that I was not happy with the photos.
    She responded that she did the best she could, insulting my children's behavior.
    I shot back at her with the same photo that I had edited myself and took 2 minutes to complete. My point is, I was able to change the photo that she "claimed" she could not.
    In turn, Melissa retaliated by making the following statement, "FYI- you also downloaded 7 extra images instead of selecting 10." She then blocked the link (that was to be accessable for 7 days) and sent me at additional bill for $105.
    Her last communication to me was, "You actually owe me for the seven extra images you downloaded. Invoice sent, it goes to collection after 30 days" and blocked me from all communication.
    I am not paying for images I am 1) unable to access and 2) was never told to download 10 in the email sent by her company.
