On 4/19/2023 I bought a tym t474 tractor from ebensburg yamaha for $35,806, they did not do any kind of walk around of the machine with me, so I didn't notice right away all of the problems it had. I went home and found there to be significant damage to the tractor, I messaged them right away to see if that was all normal, and they assured me it was and didn't want to do anything to fix it other than replace one seal that was ripped and corroded. I never bought a new tractor before so I didn't know that the damage wasn't normal but I knew I wasn't happy with it. I also had found that the dash didn't work, and made an appointment to get it looked at, on the day of the appointment I hauled the tractor down and was turned away(they said I had to leave it there, but I explained when I made my appointment that I couldn't do that at that time), so I called in the next few days to make an appointment and they said they would call me back with a time and date, I waited over 2 weeks and didn't hear anything. In the mean time I found out from several dealers and almost 300 people that the damage on my tractor is far from normal, and some of it is a safety hazard(the roll over protection does not line up). They finally contacted me almost 2 months after our last interaction(almost certainly because someone from corporate called them) and told me to bring the tractor in, but I told them I believe I was sold a used or demo tractor(which several other dealers had suggested), they told me they would call with a solution. AFTER ALMOST ANOTHER WEEK, I AGAIN HAD NOT HEARD FROM THEM, and at that point I messaged them and told them the only route I was interested in perusing is having them buy the tractor back. They keep belittling all of the damage it has, but when I upgrade this tractor and trade it in, those are all things that are going to make my tractor look more used than it is, and the trouble I went though is much much more than I should of had to to get a new tractor fixed.
