    I placed an order with this company on 11/08/2023. i still don't have tracking link or a refund. i reached out to customer service and they told me that they couldn't cancel the order. when i placed the order online they gave a delivery date of 11/15/2023... Well still don't have it, i spoke with a supervisor and she gave the a false corporate email address and then she tell me that she reached out to corporate for cancellation... Well i though it couldn't be cancelled, she said she spoke with someone however she wouldn't give the name.. i requested for overnight shipment she said she couldn't do that.. so at this point i want my money back.. it shouldn't take almost 2 weeks to receive an order from this company.... i thank you for your time ***************************

    One of our stores received a copy of the BBB letter from our customer *************************** and forwarded to our Corporate Offices in New Jersey. We apologize for the delay. We are disappointed to learn about our customer's experience and would like to provide additional details. The customer placed her order on November 8 and selected standard shipping which is generally delivered within 7 business days. Unfortunately, we were unable to alter the shipping method or cancel the order once it was processed. Tracking shows this was delivered 7 business days later on November 17. Veteran's day was November 11 so the business days were affected by that holiday. We issued a refund for the customer's shipping fees on 12/5/2023. We also sent the customer a $25 Electronic GiftCard to the customer's email address as an invitation to shop with us again. 

    Thank you for giving us this opportunity to address our customer's concerns.
