    Many months ago after having problem after problem with the Vocelli's Pizza store on Perry Highway - Pittsburgh PA 15237, Pines Plaza Lanes Shopping Center (which I sent multiple complaints to their website contact us email and never got any responses back in addition to sending them messages on twitter and instagram with no responses, I decided I would no longer go this location anymore. This location would routinely turn off website ordering during business hours when they were short staffed which was weekly if not daily at times and would close the store during regular business hours without updating this on their website or when you called to place an order over the phone. I wasted tons of gas and time regularly going there only to find they closed up for the day (5-6pm est time when they were supposed to be open. Not one person from this location ever messaged me back or called to discuss my numerous complaints. Went to the location in Sewickley PA earlier in the year and I paid cash for a 1 topping large pizza which I believe was $12.99 plus tax at the time. Pizza had barely any toppings on it at all and was cheaply made with very little cheese. Contacted their website and someone who claimed to be th person overseeing that location tried to tell me he almost never gets any complaints on this store and it sounded very out of character for them. He did say he would refund my money for this but stopped responding to my followup emails when he never did do this. I've long since deleted those emails with his name, but he never did make good on his promise after I gave him my full contact info, address, and phone number. Haven't gone back since and no plans to ever give them business again at any location. There was nothing done promptly at all here including hearing back from the store manager of the Sewickley store after sending at least six or more complaints to the stores website, Instagram, and Twitter accounts. Every single complaint I filed explained I work all day long and can't answer my cell phone- to email me back on this and not call. Being that so much time passed between the incident at the Sewickley store and an actual response back, it wasn't easily memorable on how I paid for the order, but I was made out to feel like a liar from his response in that he gets no complaints about this store in general. I told him I had no intentions of ever again going back to his store or any Vocelli's Pizza store and he offered to send by mail a refund to me which he never did. Gave him all of my info as far as name, phone and mailing address and after waiting some time without receiving anything by mail, I followed up many times via email with this same person and he failed to respond back to me every time. Ghosted. This company is awful to deal with communications wise and dishonest. Need my refund sent to me via mail asap. I ordered a large one topping pizza for pickup. ***** ***** * ******** ** *** ** ******** ** ***** *** *** ****

    in his original email to us he stated that he paid with credit card i believe. i recall searching for details to confirm his payment so that i could issue him a refund or a store credit. and while trying to locate that i also could not find an order for that amount on the day that he claimed i happened. our price for a large 1 topping is 17.08 plus tax how he says its 12.99 i don't know. they may have had a coupon deducted. but aside from that it has just been emails back and forth

    i am attaching a copy of the email. but every reply from him was just complaining about the McCandless location.

    you can also see that he says he paid with a credit card. he also filed a report with the attorney general for the 12.99 plus tax.
