      This complaint is about an improper support. I have contacted this company several times and they refuse responsibility. No one including myself have been down there until my recent visit into the crawl space. I am 72 with a bad knee for yrs. Recently it felt better so I decided to go down and check on some cement cracks. To my dismay I saw this contraption that they put up to support a pipe. I told them I found this to be dangerous for anyone that may have to work down there including myself. They asked for a picture and I asked my daughter take it, and sent it to them. They said they would get back to me and didnt. I called them again about the picture. They refused again to take any responsibility. I will have to hirer someone to fix it correctly since they refuse to even come to look at it.
