We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.On April 21, 2025, James R. Nunamaker, owner of Advanced Concrete Contracting was charged by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with theft by unlawful taking, identity theft, receiving stolen property, deceptive business practices and making a false statement to induce agreement for home improvement services.
This matter is pending. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
