    ***** offered this company since my dishwasher was under warranty and needed repaired. They no showed to the scheduled appointment. They dont answer the phone and the voicemail is full, they dont reply to to emails. I filed a complaint with Lowes and found out ***** from Affordable TV & Appliance lied and said they made multiple attempts to my home and I wasnt there. I have a ring doorbell so I have proof they were never at my home and Lowes has proof only one appointment was ever scheduled. They then sent a tech without my approval after my claim was already closed. This is a horrible company. I would not recommend if theyre assigned to your claim.

    WE DID GO TO CUSTOMERS HOME AND MICE ATE HER WIRES, THIS IS A VOID OF WARRANTY AND NOT COVERED, CUSTOMER IS UPSET IT IS NOT COVERED AND MAKING UP STORIES ABOUT US NOT GOING OUT, I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVIDE TO SUPPORT THIS

    Unbelievably poor service from them. They were the service company under a warranty contract for our fridge. They were here twice in August 2024. Problem still exists. When I finally reached them they kept telling me that they didnt have record under my name. (We assumed ownership of a condo that had the service contract which was transferable). I mentioned that we were to get a call from them on 10/18/2024 giving us a two hour service window. She kept saying that she couldnt find our records. I told her that it was her that made the service appointment two weeks ago. She kept repeating youre not listening to me, we have it under another name. I reminder her again that they were in our condo twice in August. She then told me to find another service contractor and then hung up on me. Very frustrating. On a scale of 1 to 10, Id rate them as negative 17.

    CUSTOMER IS INACCURATE WITH THIS, AS HE SPOKE TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY AND WAS CONFUSING OUR COMPANY WITH HIS WARRANTY COMPANY'S MIS MANAGMENT OF HIS CALL AND WHY THEY WILL NOT WORK ON HIS REPAIR WHEN IT WAS BEING EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HIS WARRANTY COMPANY WAS NOT WILLING TO COVER ANY PARTS HE GOT IRATE AND WAS YELLING AT ME TELLING ME THAT IT WAS AN INHERITED ISSUE, AND I EXPLAINED THATS WHY HIS WARRANTY COMPANY WAS NOT COVERING IT AS THEY DO NOT COVER PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS AND WOULD HAVE TO REACH OUT TO THEM, I GAVE HIM THE NUMBER BUT HE WAS PERSISTANT ON SPEAKING OVER US AND NOT WILLING TO LISTEN TO ANYTHING BEING TOLD TO DIRECT HIM IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, AND KEPT YELLING AT ** TO COME BACK TO HIS HOUSE, BUT WE CAN'T WITHOUT HIS WARRANTY COMPANY AUTHORIZING THE REPAIRS.NOTE WE WERE NOT OUT THERE TWICE PRIOR - WE DID A DIAGNOIS AND WERE OUT THERE ONE TIME PRIOR WHICH IS WHY WE COULD NOT GO BACK OUT A 2ND TIME DUE TO WARANTY COMPANY NOT ALLOWING US TO.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt because the woman in the office is nice, but unfortunately you can't operate a business with just a nice person. The communication between the office, tech and clients is basically non existent. They do not return calls and schedule appointments without calling. I've questioned that and every time I get a response stating " the tech makes his own schedule". We have been waiting a month now for our dishwasher to be fixed. I explained to the tech the first time he came out what the issue was but apparently he didn't think that was the issue and he "wrote down notes and that wasn't in his notes". The customer service is terrible. The service is terrible. I would not recommend this company.Just found out the tech has had our part since 8/20 and its still not installed.

    the warranty company american home shield supplies the parts not us, we have explained this to her several times and we have not received all parts for her unit, we have called American home shield and they are trying to vet out the parts, we can't fix something with out the parts provided from the warranty company, this is not a issue with us, its her warranty company who makes the decision to proceed or not and how the parts are provided we have zero control over that . we went to customers home on 7/29/24 and gave a time window of 8-5jpm and tech would call when he was 30 min away / there were 2 appliances to be diagnosed - American Home Shield was provided a diagnosis on 7/29 and approved the repairs on 8/15/24 and they ordered parts / we received 2 of the 4 parts ordered from them and have followed up with the warranty company on eta but have none to provided from american home shield

    I found this company after the one recommended by my extended warranty provider did not even return calls. They were on time and the service tech Rich was very competent and professional. Unusual in todays world! They could use some help in their scheduling system. Not only would I recommend them, but we have already scheduled them to repair a dishwasher in another location.
