    I hired this waterproofing company to fix my concrete deck, among other things, due to water leaks. A little over a year after they replaced the entire concrete slab, I noticed water pouring into my garage around the boarders of the slab due to improper installation. After calling and texting, and receiving no response back, I have no other choice but to file a lawsuit against this company. They also installed a sump pump system, which has never actually worked. I also noticed that I was Overcharged ($54) by Sisko, on contract, the remaining balance was $8817, during final payment, *** Sisko flipped the last 2 digits around and charged me a final payment of $8871(may have been an accident on his part) I didnt notice this until long after I had already paid him.

    I received this complaint. The complaint is 100 percent not true. The concrete decking was installed correctly ! I told customer she would need to re-caulk sliding glass door and flashing as it was old and cracking. The sump pump was not working because customer unplugged the unit as I know because I went to the property and checked everything and was unplugged back up unit. This job was completed a year and a half ago was issues with customer on final payment through her banking I self financed her for 6 or 7 months she basically didnt give me a choice on that matter! I went way above and beyond for this customer even gave her a bigger patio and sidewalk below roof pad for free. We have had so many rains since installed with no issues! The warranty is not on the concrete only on cove base system ( interior French drain system) as she was explained this at signing of contract. Also there is not a *** Sisko that has ever worked for my company. At the end of the day the job was installed perfectly and turned out perfectly as customer also stated! This is a bogus complaint none of this is true at all.
