    We have made several attempts to communicate with exceptional homes Inc. They have built our house in **********Estates in York Haven, Pa. They have stopped communicating with us. We have created a list for warranty and sent it in three times. Other people in our neighborhood are having problems as well. I did not want to have to be on here filing a complaint. We spent a lot of money on our house just to have issues. I can send supporting documents including email and text chains with *************************** and *******************. Both are business partners. Most of our problems include no communication on the warranty items, they don't schedule, just send people to our house to work on it. Even had to miss a couple days of work to have no one show up. ****** has emailed stating they did some of the items but the bare minimal has been done. Documents include some of those items not done. We have a security system and are notified when someone comes to the house. We just want the warranty to be completed and fixed properly. I can schedule but we will need in writing that Exceptional Homes Inc will provide a full refund of all repair costs no matter the amount or extent/scope of work.Please help so others dont have this experience as well.
