I purchased two bags of pretzels and two boxes of cheese and sausage from the online store on 02/03/2023, which was shipped on 02/06/2023. It arrived between 02/08/2023 to 02/09/2023 and opened on 02/10/2023. I sent an email about the incomplete order on 02/10/2023 to the customer service email provided on the website. I received no response and then called on the 13th while on a break at work. When I called, I spoke to ***************************** about the failure in service and lack of product supplied for my purchase of over $100.00 dollars. The Order ID is *******. ****** was condescending and rude. Instead of apologizing for the lack of service and product, she questioned why it took me so long to report the issue when I had sent an email three days before that with no response and was forced to call the customer service number during my break time. I sent here a copy of the email. When I suggested simply sending the incomplete order back and getting a full refund, she rudely lectured me on how making that suggestion made her not want to do her best to fix the issues of poor customer service and missing product I wanted to give my girlfriend over Valentine's weekend. She suggested I was trying to scam a cheese and sausage company for an extra box of cheese and sausage and that research needed to be done and I would get a response at some undisclosed time. Not only did I not get what I paid for and not get a response from Customer Service, but I was also insulted and spoken down to by this customer service representative. I'm extremely disheartened by the experience and wish to either have the product sent to me in a timely fashion or get a full refund. I am making this complaint because I do not feel she will rectify the matter as she stated during her lectured, and they ultimately have stolen from me.
