    On October 21, 2021 my sister and gave Fairview Monuments a $1,500 deposit on two grave markers. These were for my parents and my brother and his wife. That would be $750 on each. Since then we have been told at least 4 times over the past year that the markers will be “placed this week”. It’s been 19 months. We do not want anything else to do with this business and want our deposit back. I really don’t care what they have done or any other excuse offered. We will NOT pay anything more, so they need to cancel any orders or materials they have on this.

    There are two cemetery memorials involved for two different cemeteries.there were issues with manufacturing out of Canada where the granite slant memorial came from, Seocond I had issues with the Fairview Memorial Park cemetery as a new corporation took over as they doubled the fees for a permit, It was paid by me with no cost to the consumer and the memorial was installed approximately two weeks ago and completed,

    The second memorial also a slanted memorial is in my procession and I am still waiting for the ********* cemetery to install the foundation, They have a work force problem since Covid, I have since sent the Client a picture of the memorial to show him it was manufactured and waiting for the call from the cemetery to allow me to bring it down as of today 6.12.2023 it's not installed yet. I've attached a letter from The **** of **** Corportation that explains the issues we were dealing with. I do expect this to be resolved shortly as alot of foundations have to be completed by the cemetery.
