    I purchased the vehicle 5/11/24. It came with a 3mon/3000mi warranty. Not even two weeks having the car issues started. Auto stop start battery went bad. They told me to bring in the car and they will change the battery. When I brought the car in, I also informed them that I had a 2nd opinion on the car by another mechanic and informed them that he said my brakes were bad. They called me and told me my brakes were fine just *****. When I picked up the car the then informed me that they shaved my front rotors down and changed my brake pads. To this day my brakes are still making noises also releasing massive black brake dust onto my wheels and they will not change them. Then I informed them my car was making a grinding noise everytime I turned or parked. They told me it was normal, so I then again had a 2nd opinion and found out my rear differential was bad. So they replaced only the seals, not the whole differential. And now I was informed my axle is rattling from the same differential and their response to a video I showed them was it sounds like the axle. Ive informed them of a rattling sound my car is making, they told me it sounds like a heat shield but they cant find it so they cant fix it. They then informed me of a clogged drain that was leaking into my car under my floor, they told me they unclogged it and it was good. I recently went back told them there is still a leak and they informed me they would have to call in a water specialist and I would have to pay even tho they never fixed the problem correctly when it was under warranty. My warranty ran out 8-11-24, I called them 8-14-24 to inform them of the problems still existing and the problems with the things they have supposedly fixed. They do not want to fix anything else without me paying. Ive had multiple issues with this car, and they have mad an attempt to fix things. But things were not fixed properly, or not fixed at all while under warranty. It was the cheap easy way until warranty ran out

    On 8/07/23 I called Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Elverson, PA and inquired about a new battery for my Jeep. I was quoted a price and went to have my battery replaced. While waiting, the service dept rep came to me and stated that they didn't have the battery in stock, but another, better battery was available for almost 2x the price. I said no thanks. After 10 minutes, I went to the service bay to get my vehicle. I saw a man putting the battery back in my car and the struggle with something for about 10 minutes. The service rep came over and they were both hunched over the battery area of my car for another 10 minutes. I called out to them and said that I needed to leave. I drove away and purchased a battery elsewhere. My husband put the new battery in my car that evening and said they had stripped one of the battery terminals and the bolt that holds it together was in crooked. My husband was able to remove the bolt and put a temporary one in to hold the battery terminal in place. On 12/18/23, I took my vehicle to ***** Chrysler Jeep in Emmaus for a service inspection. The service tech came to me right away and said that in addition to stripping the battery terminal, that they had damaged a sensor too. I told them to replace it and that I would have Miracle Chrysler Jeep reimburse me for the damage they did. I stopped by Miracle Chrysler Jeep and asked to speak to the service manager, ***** *******. He wasn't in. ***** called me shortly after and I explained the situation. He became defensive and said that I should have brought my vehicle back to Miracle Chrysler Jeep so they could fix it. I stated that I would never do that since they had damaged my vehicle in the first place and I had no confidence in their shop anymore. ***** asked me to send him my receipt for the battery terminal bolt and sensor via email. My emails have been ignored to date.
