  Since AJ B******** was bought, the new owners are the PITS! The new owners have manpower issues and a number of other excuses. Our trash (supposedly twice-weekly) has not been picked-up in 10 days.

  If I could do a -10 I would. They refused to pick up my trash after it was missed then wanted to charge me an extra $45 because trash kept piling up on my curb. Kept tell me tomorrow it'll be picked up but never was. Terrible!!!!

  worst trash service anyone could comprehend. Our trash sits for weeks uncollected, all our cans are full, and they missed it again yesterday. The pickup date is Wednesdays, they said they'll try to get it by Saturday but no promises. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH AJ B******** !

  I have been using this service for almost a year. In the past two months they have only picked up refuse twice, while we pay for weekly. It makes it even worse that you have to pay ahead of time so you are paying for a service that is not being completed. I believe they recently sold the company but are still operating under the same name. DO NOT USE THEM.

  For 3 weeks now they have refused to pick up our trash, as well as all the trash from everyone in our town. They don’t text until the end of the day to cancel, after we hauled all the trash and recycling to the curb. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. I can’t even talk to a human. We pay 3 months in advance, which means so far they have stolen 3 weeks from us with no way for us to even talk to a human and get the money back. I can’t imagine running a company this way with absolutely no remorse for how horribly they’re treating their customers. They have stolen our hard-earned money and they should be held accountable.

  AJ B******** Trash and Recycling - I would give this company Zero stars if I could. After years of great service, they either merged or were bought by another company. They are now terrible. I have called 6 times in the last 3 weeks, only getting a representative on the phone the first time I called after they did not pick up my recycling. Since the first call no one answers, and after waiting on hold for a while, they will send you to voicemail. I have left my name and phone number at least 4 times, and not once have they returned my calls. They did not pick up my recycling for 2 straight weeks, and now have skipped the Thursday trash pickup for 2 straight weeks. I have paid for trash pick ups on Monday and Thursday until mid July, and in the middle of this period, they have discontinued Thursday pickups even though they sent me a letter stating the Thursdays would stop mid July. They have not offered any refunds nor a credit. I have called and left messages to request a refund/credit, and not once have I received a call back. Their customer service is very poor right now, and I will be switching my services to a new vendor. I have rental properties in the area too, and I will be switching those accounts as well. They are blatantly stealing my money since they are not satisfying their service obligation, and then not offering a refund or credit. I do not recommend their services.

  The quality of customer service at AJ B******** has suffered greatly since the business joined the Waste Connections family. Regular pickup of recyclables has been particularly inconsistent. In the past, the company communicated via voicemail and email messages when service was interrupted or not completed. Apparently communication is no longer important. The reputation of the business is so far below what it was years ago. As soon as our contract is up, we will definitely look elsewhere for service.

  This is the worst trash service since changing hands. They don’t answer calls and recycling has not been picked 3 separate time last week it was trash!! Now they want their payment. Are you kidding me!! BBB YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING THIS IS BS

  Currently on week 2 waiting for this company to pick up our neighborhood’s recycling. AJ B******** has given customers no updates or follow through from the one automated call stating there would be a delay with no definitive timeline. Multiple phone calls from neighbors have yielded no action from the company. Ironically, our trash has been picked up while recycling collects. Gave the company two stars only because our trash (not recycling) continues to be picked up.
