    Worst experience with a licensed contractor ever. We trusted him to build a sunroom for us. Gave them $13,000. down, as they requested. After 2 years of not getting anything done, he finally sent a (worker) out to our home to get started on our project. They had a total of $1400. of lumber, joist hangers, (which I had to tell them to install), and mounting hardware delivered to our site. I could tell by the workmanship that the employees did not know what they were doing and when I called Daley on it he just said I'm an amateur and I don't know what I'm talking about. Then he said the money was gone. We asked what happened to the rest of the money. He said it was spent on the project and if we wanted to continue we had to pay more money. I fired him and we are currently waiting for our day in court. Do Not under any circumstances hire Daleys construction for anything.
