I went to buy. A truck ******** that they claim was mis tagged so got stuck buying a 2014 buick encore from Them instead for around ********* and had nothing but problems with this vehicle 9-11 months. Ago the night is was bought. It died in the. Dealership parking lot they claimed in was a bad relay and battery. Within the first month of ownership the vehicle left me stranded 3 different times and when took back within the first month they refused to switch it put like their 30day policy states you can do even after stating I feel unsafe in vehicle for me and my family and they didnt care there resolution was a discounted price on part and labor for a. New fusebox which is why the car was dying and leaving me stranded. Now fast forward 8-9 months later and got and oil change and can smell fuel in the oil the general manger. ***** ***** reached. Out. And said he would looks in to getting my vehicle in and looked at for hopefully warranty service and that was the last time I heard. Anything and that was 02/13/25 and that been about a month ago now. So nownim driving a vehicle that I hope doesn't blow up on me it really said that these companies can do this to people just trying to make it byInitial Complaint

I brought a 2005 Buick Lacrosse into the dealership for repairs on October 21st. I told them that my specific issue was with the antitheft system triggering and preventing me from starting the car. I told them that, separately, the battery was dead from trying to start the car and needed to be jumped.I was told that some things, like keyfobs, definitely werent the problem while other things, like the keys themselves, definitely were the problem. FYI, I still had original keys but had aftermarket keyfobs, and I made them well aware of this fact, but they didnt take it into consideration.I was told I need to replace the battery not because the low voltage can cause issues with the theft system that would be completely reasonable but because they checked and discovered the car to have no voltage after they fixed the exciter ring. I had already told them when I brought it in that the car was dead because the battery was dead from trying to start the car, but theyd completely ignored that and were trying to swap out a perfectly good battery.I am now having the same issue with the SERVICE THEFT SYSTEM message. A manager told me they would only be able to replace the one part that was replaced, and there was nothing they could do if it was actually another issue the whole time.I was told it could be a different issue this time than it was the last time. It is unthinkable to me that this extremely uncommon problem could present exactly the same way and be caused by two unrelated issues within a single month. Even if we accept that as possible, you could use this same excuse if I brought the car back the same day, or within 5 minutes, and it would still stink. This is like coming in for a fix to a window, being convinced to replace the catalytic converter, and being offered as settlement another catalytic converter. I spent almost $900 on diagnostics, parts and labor and all of it was for something that didnt actually fix the problem I brought it in for.Initial Complaint

We have a warranty contact for int/ext protect and acces and paintless dent repair and road hazard. sign on 05/31/2023. The Dealership walked my wife and I through their auto/ collision shop and explained how the warranty will work, " You drop off the vehicle and we will repair under warranty. Now we have road paint the dealership tells us that the cost would be $300. Once we reminded them of our warranty, they told us the Zurich Shield will send us to an Auto Collision shop of their choice. When we advised Kelly Buick, that we had already contacted Zurich and was told that the dealership will handle the claim. Our vehicle has been in Kelly's Buick Possession three days without an resolution. We are requesting that the amount paid for this warranty be refunded, since Kelly misrepresented and mislead us, by not disclosing the warranty package.Refund $4,175.54 for misleading us to believe that they are responsible for handling the warranty and failed to disclose that the **************** will assign a Collision Shop of their choosing.Initial Complaint

In 2021 we bought a 2019 ram 1500 with 32k miles. *** report said no accidents. 2 owners. Never been out of state never leased nothing. We'll we recently went to trade teuck in a found out they lied badly to us. We recent had a repair done and body shop found out whole driver side had been fully repaired and was off. Well we looking at selling truck due to the lies and found out the damages were reported 1 week after purchase and the truck has lost all its value. We owe 34k now with a value or $9800 trade in. Truck has 62k miles. We have also had a major exhaust manifold tick and other major needed repairs and kelly holds the warranty and extended we purchased and everyone tells us to go to kelly. We'll now the truck has a nasty rattle and tick. We paying over $900 a month for a truck worth only 9k due to past damages they hid. Also report states truck was always in PA. But now it shows truck was registered in ***** and that's were the damages were done before kelly buying it. They have lost us $20,000 on this truck Wr are about to sue ********************** and will blast them all over. We went from being a recommending customer to I am now aware from a previous manager that sold us 2 cars that kelly does this to tons of people then sells it before KBB gets it and lowers teufk price. We shouldn't had paid of 13k for teuck due to fully body rebuild. Major exhaust manifold leak. They abused our situation since my dad had recently totaled our car and we needed a vehicle immediately and now we stuck with a truck worth 9k but owe 34k. They recently did it to someone else we met that they found out a year later when trying to trade truck kelly hid thousands in damages and they were 39k lower due to damages. This is wrong.Initial Complaint

On Wednesday 9/7 my wife had gone into Kelly GMC in Emmaus, Pa for a new tire to be replaced on her 2021 ***** xl along with a tire rotation. Prior to this event no issues was wrong with my wife’s vehicle, especially no issues with tire pressure or imbalance issues. The moment my wife took ownership back of the car after the repair was done, there was a low tire pressure sensor warning light that came on reading low tire pressure. My wife had filled her tire up with air immediately after leaving the dealership thinking it was maybe the tire needed a reset after the tires were rotated. She was wrong. over the last week, the front passenger tire continued to require daily air fill ups due to a leak in the tire. Once my wife was able to schedule an appointment back at Kelly GMC they took her car in to assess the issue. They had told her the rim was cracked and that she had needed a new rim. They began to gaslight her thinking she had must’ve hit a pothole and cracked the rim or that during the tire rotation something may have happened. They were adamant that it was not the dealerships fault and continued to gaslight my wife into thinking it was her causing this the entire time, even though the low pressure monitor went on as soon as she took owenership of the car after service. The dealership also had damaged paint on the passenger side front quarter panel, then proceeded to gaslight my wife again saying that this was “acid rain” damage. However this was also not true because this damage was not present prior to arriving at the dealership for service. My wife has noticed a liquid dripped onto the area effected once she had her car pulled into the service bay. Again, the staff continued to gaslight my wife saying it was “acid rain” without any other damage to the rest of the paint job. For acid rain to affect the paint, you would assume that it would cover the whole car, not just one particular area. The service staff was beyond unprofessional and this is concerning
