    I contacted Kevin M***** to ask if he had any
    Laptops for sale. He said he did and told me to stop at his
    house the next day. I went to his house on 8/3/2023
    around 6 on. He showed me how to download iTunes. It
    started downloading bug a few hours later, it would say it
    was downloading but never downloaded. We went
    through this several times over the next 2 weeks. I told
    him several times that I wanted my money back ($100).
    He said he wouldn’t return it because there wasn’t
    anything wrong with it. He said it wasn’t the laptop and
    that it was me because I didn’t know what I was doing.
    Next, I had 2 people try to download iTunes and paid
    them $30. I took it back to Kevin and after looking at it,
    said it’s still not cleared. and the same thing happened
    again. I took it back to Kevin, he still wouldn’t give me a
    refund. I told I was going to turn into the Better Business
    Bureau. He said go ahead and sue me too! I’m not giving
    you your money back. He then called my sister, *****
    *******

     and said he would refund me $100 if I dumped the
    lap top. I then paid a computer expert $55 to dump it. He
    did and said he has it completely clear. When you turn it
    on? It’s down to where you gave to enter your language.
    Kevin wouldn’t answer the door nor answer his phone. He
    told my sister he was not refunding me. That was the last
    contact I’ve had with him.

    YES I SOLD THE BUYER A SECOND HAND SMOKE FREE - EMPTY WINDOWS 10 LAPTOP..TOLD HER NON REFUNDABLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE BECAUSE IT WAS  ELECTRONIC. WAS SIMPLE IF SOME ONE BUYS SOMETHING AND KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT IT AND DESTROYS IT - IT WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED. IN THIS CASE THIS LADY HAS MENTAL PROBLEMS AND HER SISTER WARNED ME NOT TO DEAL WITH HER AND I DID NOT LISTEN. BUT AGAIN I SOLD HER THE LAPTOP IN WORKING AS IT SHOULD CONDITION...

    TOLD HER WHEN SHE TURNED IT ON SHE WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE SEARCH BAR AND DOWN LOAD WHAT EVER SHE WANTED ON THERE..SHE CLAIMED SHE KNEW HOW TO DO ALL OF THIS..NEXT DAY SHE COMES BACK AND TELLS ME IT DOES NOT WORK - I MET HER IN MY SHOP AND DOWN LOADED WHAT ALL SHE WANTED INCLUDING I-TUNES..ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS GO HOME HOOK TO HER WIFI AND ENTER HER USER NAMES AND PASSWORDS IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK..

    AGAIN A COUPLE DAYS LATER SHE BRINGS IT BACK AND CLAIMS IT DOES NOT WORK..I MET HER IN MY SHOP AGAIN AND WENT ON THE LAPTOP , EVERY THING WORKED EXCEPT FOR THE I-TUNES APP. THAT WAS NOT MY PROBLEM - SHE HAD TO PAY MONTHLY FOR IT AND BY THE LOOKS OF IT SHE DID NOT DO SO...BY NOW SHE IS UPSET BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT GET HER MUSIC - AGAIN NOT MY FAULT..TOLD HER FOR THE FIRST TIME IF SHE HAD IT DUMPED YES I WOULD REFUND HER..ALL THIS TIME I AM UPDATING HER SISTER ON THIS LADY`S VISITS. SHE TELL ME I WARNED YOU..I SHOULD HAVE TOOK HER WORD..THIS TIME WHEN THE LADY LEFT SHE CALLED ME VERY BAD NAMES..

    ABOUT A WEEK GOES BY AND SHE BRINGS IT BACK BECAUSE IT WAS TO BE DUMPED BY A PROFESSIONAL . WELL I OPEN IT TO FIND OUT EVERYTHING WAS STILL THERE.. THEN SHE SAID SHE DID IT - TOLD HER NO I WOULD NOT REFUND ..NOW BY THIS TIME I HAVE DONE MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE TO START WITH..TOLD HER NOT TO BRING IT BACK ANY MORE ..

    THE LADY SMOKES ABOUT 3 PACKS OF CIG`S A DAY , HER FINGERS ARE BROWN FROM ALL THE SMOKE..LIKE I SAID I SOLD THIS AS A SMOKE FREE UNIT..IF I WOULD HAVE TRIED TO RELIST IF I WOULD HAVE TAKING IT BACK IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN LISTED AS SMOKE FREE. I TOLD HER TO LIST IT ON THE SAME SITE I HAD IT ON. SHE DID JUST THAT AND LISTED IT AS A NEW LAPTOP..A FRIEND TOLD ME THIS AS I BLOCKED HER ON MY CELL PHONE , LAPTOP ETC.

    LIKE I SAID TO START WITH IT WAS SOLD AS IS - NO REFUNDS - THE SISTER KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON THE ENTIRE TIME..YES I DID TELL HER TO TURN ME IN IF THAT WAS WHAT SHE THOUGHT SHE HAD TO DO. WAS SO UPSET YES I TOLD HER TO SUE ME WHILE SHE WAS AT IT..BUT IN THE END I DID NOT LIE , HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE AND NO I WILL NOT BE REFUNDING HER THE $100 ...

    IF I GET 1 MORE PHONE CALL , TEXT OR HER BANGING ON MY DOOR , I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES FOR HARASSMENT ..
