    Nearly 8 attempts to contact this business with our concerns from our wedding day 08/27/22 and no attempt to remedy the situation. We paid $1,610.00 My concerns:1.We rented 2 busses that were to go to 2 separate hotels for 2 hours prior to our wedding that was 15 minutes away. My husband and groomsmen were very late due to the bus driver taking the wrong turn and going over the susquehanna River, though this concern was met with the owner telling me I was wrong. When asking if this driver was GPS tracked, the answer was "no, but they have a paper log."2. As the bride and groom, we were receiving many phone calls from our guests as we are prepping for our wedding, saying that the buses weren't showing up, or both going to the one hotel and not the other. Our ceremony had to be delayed by 20-30 min because nearly half our guests were not there. 3. At the end of our night, I got on the bus that started pulling away without husband. When I asked the driver to wait, she yelled at me and refused to turn back for him. He ended up telling me he would take the next shuttle, but I was taken aback by the aggressiveness of this woman. Then I can honestly say, we felt unsafe on that ride back to the hotel. This is my biggest concern because many of my guests were scared and sick from this aggressive drive back, to the point that a guest who is sober, had to run off the bus to be sick in the lobby bathroom. When telling the owner these concerns, I was met with condescension and him telling me I was wrong. It wasn't until I asked by husband to join the call, that this gentleman seemed to be even a bit perceptive to what we were trying to say. Even so, he told us he needs to talk to his drivers to get their side of the story and he would call us back....that was nearly 3 months ago. I have since sent an email and my husband has left a voicemail and we have not received word back.
