    We called them on February 23 to come out and fix our washer. They came out on Feb. 24 to fix the problem but they didn't fix the problem at all. We had to call a plumber to fix the washer instead on Feb.26. who fixed the problem. he gave us new hoses that was the problem. And we had to pay then before they left. Martins Appliance order was #******* and the account # is *******. And I had to pay then $135.68 for a job they didn't even fix. I just want my money of $135.68 returned.

    Hello,
     Per my techs notes as listed below, I would believe we did correct the problem when we were out, my technician informed the customer the water pressure should be even better yet therefore referring the customer to a plumber. I am not sure what the plumber exactly did, I do not believe we left the customer with an unrepaired washer. At the same time, we strive for customer satisfaction and will be refunding the customer the amount they paid us.

    Technicians' notes on the work order:

      'Ran test cycle with hot water and had water. Ran test with cold water and had no water. Checked the water screen and found it plugged with dirt. Replaced with new screen. Found cold water hose gasket was worn. Replaced with new screen gasket. Ran test cycle with cold. Had better pressure but still not good. Checked water pressure coming from the feed line and found customer had poor water pressure to the washer. Customer is aware and going to contact plumber. Unit tests well otherwise.'

    the complaint was resolved.  Martins appliance refuned my money.
