    Entered into a contract with JT Masonry Inc on September 21, 2021 to redo stucco, install siding, gutters, install windows and add headers above windows and doors. The price was for $47,000. Project was completed on 4/13/2022 and paid in full. Shortly thereafter, the header over the garage fell off, It took until the fall of 2022 for ***** ****** (the owner) to return and reattach the header. To do so, he had to drill into the header and anchor to the garage wall leaving patches that were filled in. ***** said that he would come back and refinish the header but has never returned to finish the coating on the header. I just want him to come back and finish coating the header. It is not as simple as just repainting. It takes a special tool and material to spray on the finish. It should take less than a half day to finish the work. I have called repeatedly since last fall but ***** will not return my call. As a last effort, I told him I would file a complaint with the BBB, but he still has not returned my call.
