    Worked with the man @ Nolt's to order office furniture. We sent a check for $8500, cashed November 29, 2022. He said it takes 12 weeks to get the furniture. January 6 I emailed the man to ask about the status of the furniture. No response. I emailed him again in February to ask about the furniture & to update him on our new address. No answer again so I emailed him again March 28. In between all these emails we were also calling. The secretaries said he wasn't in & that they had no access to our order so couldn't give us any info about our order. We called multiple times with no response or the secretaries saying he was busy or not in. We asked them to tell him to call us. We only got a couple responses but NEVER the answers to our questions, which were 1. When was our furniture ordered and 2. What is the status of our order and more recently 3. What is the PO of our order. We took out our frustration on the secretaries. The man then sent an email that they'll no longer take our calls & we must communicate via email. Well, he hasn't answered an email since he sent that email. Today we called ****** Furniture-where the man was supposed to have ordered our furniture. We spoke with a man there ###-###-####, ext ****. But without a PO he was not able to find anything in the system. But we gave him an identifying item number in our order to maybe help him find our entire order from Nolt's but he still couldn't find anything. The ****** employee still wasn't sure that it was never ordered. So he took the man's email & info & promised to reach out to him to get the order number so he could look up our order, then get back to us and let us know the status of our order. He said if our office furniture was never ordered, then that was between the man & us. He would tell the man to reach out to us and let us know what the story is. So we are waiting to see what progress ****** can make. In the meantime I want to file a complaint. And get an honest answer from "the man".
