    I have a corner of the interior basement wall that has bugs coming in. I called ********************* sole owner of this business and wanted him to tell me what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. He showed up and didn’t have a clue what was wrong. He didn’t bring a flashlight nor did he inspect anything. He said give me a check for $350.00 and I will have wall fixed for you included in price. He brought out a landscaper who provided a very vague estimate to grade my property which I do not need nor did I want to add stone around condensing unit. The estimate wasn’t helpful. Yard grading is not the issue that I am having estimated at $11,000. He never returned my calls and never gave me any more estimates nor did he have someone fix the basement corner like he said he would to be included for $350.00. There is no written contract that states anything only a vague estimate of some options I have for my property. I want my money back. His secretary said he is busy and that is why he isn’t returning my calls. To tell you the truth he took my money and blew me off completely. I could have found my own estimates for free at better prices from businesses that are reputable and really do know what is wrong. It is a scam what he is pulling off and I’m sure he has done this before to other clients. He is on ******** App guarding his reputation and slams anyone who complains about him. He has not returned my phone calls, not sent anyone to fix my basement corner and did not provide any licenses that he has that qualify him as a home inspector!
