    We started a full bathroom remodel on 2/5/24 for *** ****** ** *** ***** *****  The job was completed on 2/14/24.  On 6/25/24 *** ****** called in to notify us that a bolt was loose on his grab bar.  We set up with *** ****** to tighten the bolt on 7/3/24.  Our installer called *** ****** on 7/3/24 and notified *** ****** that their current remodel was running late and that it would be best to reschedule.  *** ****** told the installer that was fine with him.  *** ****** and our installer agreed to 7/17/24 to get the work completed.  Our installer accidentally missed the appointment.  *** ****** called on 7/18/24 to let us know that the installer did not show up.  We apologized and rescheduled with *** ****** for 7/19/24.  Our installer went to to *** ******'s and made the repair which included a fastener. We followed up with *** ****** after the installer was on site and he was happy with the repair and said everything was great.
