    10/02/2024 I had a ************************************** at 9:15 am, and another appointment following the other at 10:00am. I knew that I would possibly be late, due to the fact that my fiance does not get on his break from work until 9:00am. So I called the ***** IMA number to see if they had any other appointment times for this date, due to my delay. They did not have any other times available. She told me I would have to reschedule for another day if so. But I did not want to reschedule again. So she told me I had a 30 minute ***** period from the original time of my appointment. I kept the original appointment times. I arrived at the IMA office At approximately 9:37am. Understanding I would be late, I was still there within the ***** period time I was told. Upon getting their, I relayed the information that I received to the receptionist whos name was ***. He said thats ok, and got my Identification and my Patient paperwork. The nurse that was behind the window, ******* treated me very disrespectfully, and spoke to *** saying I guess we will have to take her.. in a rude tone. Then I said I do understand I was late, and also that I may have a little wait. She said to me Id have to wait longer. I replied with ok. And I sat in waiting area for 1 hour & 30 minutes, was never seen. Then finally around 11:30 am *** the receptionist called me back up to the window, and told me that the Docter was Not going to see me. I asked why..? And he replied back that she said bc I was late. I then asked him why would she agree to see me upon arriving, to have me sit and wait for as long as I did if she never had intentions on seeing me for my visit. DO White, came out and started calling other patients. When the other patient heard how I was being treated he then said I could go ahead of him. The ** refused to, and then openly stated that she isnt, bc I was late. I was never seen, I was Treated as if I was a Burden, Disrespected, and refused Care.
