    We booked this hotel via Priceline.

    We didn’t know the hotel was under renovation at the time of the booking. Also, the hotel looked nothing like it did in the posting on Priceline’s website. The view out our window was literally of a trash bin/dumpster for their extensive renovation.
    I decided to go to Sam’s Club and purchase some Febreeze and Member’s Mark disinfecting wipes to clean the room before we used anything. We returned and cleaned the room and were surprised at how dirty it was. Not only was it dirty, but the carpet under the air conditioning unit was overlapping, and the outlets on the lamps didn’t work.

    Due to the condition of the hotel and our assigned hotel room, my family left the hotel and did not stay for our reserved stay from 25-27 May 2023.

    The Priceline rep contacted the hotel, which did not budge on not wanting to provide a refund for the upcoming reservation on May 25-27, which I don’t understand. We checked in on May 24th and out on May 24th. We never stayed at the hotel from May 25-27 due to the hotel’s conditions.

    Based on my family’s recent stay, I wish this hotel was transparent about its current conditions with potential guests and advertised an accurate picture of the hotel. The accommodations were not up to the advertised standards and lacked cleanliness. This was an unfortunate and costly lesson that you can’t always trust pictures when making a reservation via a website, sight unseen.

    They lost a customer in me (and my family).
