    Purchased an item a few months back, the item I purchased could not be used at my job for arbitrary job-related reasons so I asked if I could return it and exchange the item for something I could use and offered to pay the difference. The owner agreed to exchange it, then later told me that the item which sat in the box it was delivered in would "not be valued at what i paid for it" and suggested I sell it because "it does him no good sitting around". An extremely shady man running an extremely shady business.

    Claims a completely unwritten and arbitrary 18% "restocking fee" for the return of an undamaged and unused item all in original packaging. Makes no effort to indicate the arbitrary fee at any point before, during, or after the purchase or anywhere on the website. The website's Refund Policy page (containing outdated contact info) makes no mention of a restocking fee nor does the Terms of Service page.Claims they have the right to levy fees seemingly at random and attempting to question the issue results in an accusation of "being uncooperative" with the unstated return guidelines, while claiming they tried to be cooperative themselves. These guidelines are then quickly shifted to no longer accept the return of the item that had just been previously accepted.
