    I received 2 estimates for finding my property lines. At no time was I told if I wanted an actual graph or drawing of my lot, it would be extra.

    I chose the more expensive estimate, because cost wise it was sensible.

    1 estimate was just for down one side of my property (bad next door neighbors) and the other was for the entire lot. It came to nearly $700. Fine.

    I paid 50% down and they came did the work. They immediately sent an invoice for the remainder and I immediately paid. A couple of weeks passed and I called to ask about the map of my property lines and it was at that point I was informed it would be another $250!

    I never in my wildest dreams imagined that when you get a survey of your land they would not provide a plot map.

    I got a few SMALL pieces of wood planted in my yard with some nylon flags attached to them. Wow!

    ****** ******** called for an estimate on October 18, 2023. The estimate we gave her had 2 options: To survey her east line and an option to survey the whole property. She chose the option to survey the whole property which was completed on November 13, 2023. It is the practice of our company that proof of survey are the markers the surveyor installs and the invoice the customer receives. We can do a drawing if needed but it is an additional charge which I explained to ****** when she called. In order to settle this dispute, we have attached a drawing for her. The drawing is normally $250.00 but we will waive the cost to her to bring this to a close. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



    The Company stated:

    This is a lie. It was NEVER explained to me and to state this now is poor business practice.  Just ADMIT your error.  Do NOT lie about it. Diane NEVER mentioned the additional charge, EVER and I spoke to her many times.
