    I had a medical prescription I went to Lynch’s Medical Supply and they were suppose to order me a compression stocking for me on 03/08/23. I called Lynch’s several times to find out when I would be getting my stocking because on the slip it says 15 days about. When I called they first told me 10 more days than 3 more days. Then I called 03/30/23 and spoke to Tim L**** he had just ordered my stocking. I told them from the start I did not care what color stocking I get. I am disabled and I have a deep vein thrombosis. But Tim L**** has 30 days to order a product but if it doesn’t come in 30 days I will be corresponding with my attorney. I want the product. I had to cancel an appointment with my vascular doctor who is also monitoring the situation. She knows it does not take that long to get a compression stocking. I want my money back

    Dear Friends, Lets back up and allow me to point out that Ms. ***** saw her Doctor and was given her prescription on February 14, 2023 and waited until March 8, 2023 to even bother to come in and be measured for the product that her doctor told her to get! 

    On March 8,2023 she came into my business and was measured and was told her particular item needed to be ordered. SHE was given a choice of color and SHE chose black. The order was placed shortly there after, and we were just recently informed on March 28, 2023 that the item was back ordered. On Thursday March 30 2023 Ms. ***** called to check on her order which we told her would not be in for 15 days. (and is stated on her receipt in writing) at that time. It was moved to an extended back order. My staff asked me to please call her and explain the extended back order of the BLACK hosiery.  I offered to order another color, Ms.***** was calm and said that was great! At the same time I offered to have them shipped directly to her home to save time.  She was very happy and the call ended. THEN on Saturday April 1, 2023 Ms. ***** called Lynch Home Medical Supply and started with vulgar language and name calling with out even identifying herself.   She demanded tracking information on the order, which we gave her.  We told her the hosiery would be delivered by Monday.  She accused us of lying and continued to use harsh language.  She called several more times harassing and threatening our employee that she was on her way "to give her a what for".  She called the police and told us she was taking us to small claims court, for what, we aren't sure.  Our employee had to lock the door because of her threats.  We have filed a police report with the Lawrence Park Township police and she was told she is no longer allowed to step foot on Lynch Home Medical property.  The stockings were delivered Saturday afternoon, as promised.  At no time did she ask for a refund.  She received her stockings so as far as we are concerned, this matter is closed.  We hope to never see her again!
