    I placed two orders with this seller. First order was for a custom puffer vest. I sent her the money and the Jersey. I placed the order in May and received the Vest in July. No Issue!I was pleased with the original order so I placed a second order. This time she was going to use materials she had on hand. We arranged the details over Instagram DM and I sent a Venmo to the seller for $290 on August 15th 2024. It had been a while and I had no updates. At first I was promised a tracking number that was never sent. Now I have followed up 10+ times over Instagram DM and email and I have received zero response. We are getting close to 10-months with no product, no offered refund & ZERO response for the business. I don't know what to do at this point other than make a report here to hope for a response.

    I had purchased a product on January 25th 2024 for a total of $257.00. Boho Basement received my mailed in item on September 26th, 2024. Per the business, custom orders take 4-8 weeks to complete. I had messaged the business on Instagram on October 26th, 2024, November 3rd, 2024, November 5th, 2024, November 20th, 2024, November 26th, 2024, December 16th, 2024, December 28th, 2024, January 6th, 2025, January 7th, 2025, January 14th, 2025, January 17th, 2025, January 20th, 2025, January 22nd, 2025, January 29th, 2025, and February 3rd, 2025 and the seller has only responded twice saying my order will be on its way.

    I purchased a custom shirt on 9/7/2023, and it was delivered on 11/4/2023. Upon receiving it, I immediately noticed it was nothing like the sellers work displayed on the seller's website and Instagram. I reached out multiple times via email and direct messages starting 11/16/2023, but the seller ignored my attempts and even deleted my public comments when I asked for an update.On 9/14/2024, the seller offered to redo the shirt if I mailed it back, which she received on 9/24/2024. However, despite my efforts, I received inconsistent updates and excuses regarding the timeline for completing the new shirt. On 9/30/2024, I was told it would take "a couple weeks," but since then, I have not received any concrete updates or ************* this point, I am requesting a refund of $100 for the shirt, as well as the $8.60 I paid to return it. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and the inability to fulfill my order as promised.

    I ordered a custom puffer vest from Boho Basement on 1/29/24. I was quoted ***** weeks for completion after I mailed in materials. In mid June 2024, I reached out for the status and she stated she needed a couple more weeks. I have emailed her every 1-2 weeks since mid June and I still do not have the vest. She claims to have mailed it on 10/15/24 but a label was created and *** does not have the item. I have reached out to inquire about the whereabouts of my vest and she is no longer responding to me. I would like the vest I paid for made from the materials I sent her or I would like a full refund for the cost of the vest AND the cost of the materials I sent to her.

    Hello, I initially placed an order Jan 28, 2024 for a custom puffer vest. I was required to send in material for the vest in order to have it made. I never sent the material and the person never started making the vest. I reached out via email on 6/7/2024 inquiring about a refund. She agreed it was possible to get a refund due to me not sending materials for the product. I did not receive a confirmation for the refund. On 6/20/2024 I sent a follow up email asking if I should be expecting a confirmation for the refund and still have not heard back. I last heard from her 6/7/2024 and I would just like my refund.
