    Awful! Did not solve mice issue. Was told I would not see any mice after 4 days. There was no outdoor inspection for any areas of possible entry. I was still seeing signs of mice and after 3 weeks and several phone calls was told the mice would take the bait and die and that they must be coming in from somewhere else. I asked for a company to call who would handle the issue and he said that it was his job and said he would not be able to schedule an appointment for 3 days! That was 3 more days of rodents doing damage to my home and leaving droppings everywhere
