Poor Return ************************* I purchased labels for my business, but they werent suitable for my needs. Upon contacting the company to arrange a return, I was told the item couldnt be refunded simply because I opened the box. How else am I supposed to inspect the product?The representative was inflexible and dismissive, offering no solution or empathy. A reasonable return policy is essential for customer trust, especially when the product is unused. This experience reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.I strongly advise others to confirm return terms before purchasing, as this company prioritizes policies over people.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond and provide context regarding this matter.Before the purchase was finalized, the customer was informed that the labels they selected were non-returnable due to the nature of the product. This policy is also clearly outlined in our standard terms and conditions, which the customer agreed to at the time of sale. We aim to be as transparent as possible about these restrictions to help prevent any misunderstandings.Once the item was received and opened, it could no longer be accepted for return. This is not a reflection of the customers intentions, but rather a quality control measure in place to ensure all our clients receive products that are unused and uncompromised.Were sorry to hear that the experience did not meet the customers expectations. While we stand by the policies in place, we value every customer interaction and take all feedback seriously.
