    My Dad has been a resident of this facility since February. My sister, I and our kids have been coming to visit him on Saturdays and last week were notified that if we want to use the dining area we need to reserve it in advance (not sure when this was implemented). I was told that a phone call the morning we planned on coming was sufficient to use it. Today I called to check on using the dining room just over an hour before arriving because I forgot since this is something I'm not used to doing. When we arrived after 11am my Dad was not dressed and we had to wait for help over 20min at after 11am he should have already been dressed. The staff member that finally assisted, was extremely rude, yelling at my sister and stated that she is "so sick and tired of this and that we need to notify them before we are coming." My sister told her we were just notified last week about the paperwork, she stated we had known for 2 weeks (we have not) and need to talk to the director. She also stated that we call the facility constantly with problems, which is also not true, however we should be able to call whenever necessary to check on him or ask questions.
