      **Complaint Summary: Unethical Practices and Failure to Refund by Erie Premier Sports**We enrolled our children in Erie Premier Sports' summer camp in April 21st, 2024. The registration agreement clearly stated that if we canceled on or before 15 days from the start date, we would be entitled to a full refund. We submitted a formal cancellation request on May 30th, which was well within the refund period stipulated in the agreement. *** **** responded on 5/30/24 with I am working on the refund. Below is the policy so normally we don't do until the end but since it was early we are working on getting it done prior to the start of camp.Despite fulfilling all the necessary conditions for a refund, Erie Premier Sports has consistently failed to return our money. Over the past several months, we have made numerous phone calls, sent emails, left voicemails, and even visited their office in person, all to no avail. We were promised that we would receive our refund by August 16th at the latest, per their refund policy, but as of now we have not received a single cent.This companys behavior is not only unethical but also highly unprofessional. They have been holding onto our $2000 for almost five months with no justification. We have been given the runaround repeatedly, with no clear resolution in sight. We are filing this complaint with the Better Business Bureau to formally document our grievance and to warn other consumers about the risk of dealing with this company. Erie Premier Sports' failure to honor their contractual obligations and their blatant disregard for customer service is unacceptable. We demand an immediate refund of our money and urge the BBB to take appropriate action against this business to prevent further unethical practices.

      I am writing to file a complaint against Erie Premier Sports.

      This summer, my daughter (******* ********) signed up to attend soccer camp with Erie Premier Sports. Per their refund policy, if our child was unable to attend, we would be refunded our entire registration fee, minus $50. We paid $400 for the camp on April 16, 2022. Ultimately, my daughter was unable to attend the camp, and we notified Erie Premier Sports per the cancellation policy.

      We signed up for the camp through our daughter’s school, ******** *****. The refund policy was clearly stated by EPS. Nonetheless, they are failing to honor it.

      EPS advised us that we would receive our $350 refund after the completion of camps in July. As of today, September 20, 2022, we still have not received our refund check.

      I have spoken with EPS multiple times in an attempt to secure our refund. During each call I have been told that the refund would be processed and sent out.

      My last call with EPS was on August 17, 2022 at 10:45 am with Rob. During that call, Rob told me that the check had been cut and would be sent out. We still have not received our refund.

      Clearly, EPS has no intention to refund our money. Therefore, we are filing a complaint in an attempt to get our money back.

      We would like our refund processed immediately.
