      8/23/22 My husband and I went to the Wireless Zone in South Park, PA (************), we both upgraded our phones. Justin T (no longer employed there), said my husbands phone, a Google Pixel 6, would be free, that our bill which was around $145./mo would go down because both phones are free. The catch was we both needed to have the insurance on the phones, for 6mo (Verizon said that's never apart of a promotion). Once 6mos is up, we can drop the insurance, which then our will would be even lower, he said around $120-130/mo. The bill still showed us being charged for my husbands phone, so I called Verizon directly to discuss it. The sales rep said she fixed it. Later, checked bill, only $2.77 was being credit (should be $20/mo credit) contacted Justin T at Wireless Zone, he said the mgr would call Verizon to fix it and call me, that never happened. I found a main number for Wireless Zone, contacted them, they said give 2 days for a call, took longer, but Chad (************) called & said he's the store mgr, explained everything, he kept mentioning the bill, we were quoted $149, it's $145, so we're good, that isn't correct. I told him about he phone being free, their receipt puts parenthesis around the phone price, when they're free.. He said the $25 loyalty credit is from the promotion, Justin picked, that he the wrong one, mentioned having the wrong phone, but later, text me, we weren't given the wrong phone. Two different times, I spoke to Verizon, each rep said the $25 loyalty credit is from them, for being a long time customer, the promotion was $100 off the phone, I need to deal with the store on this. Since Chad never called me back, I contacted WZ main number, again. District Mgr Nathon Maxon (************) called me 2/3/23 said he will review & call me the next day, he asked what I want from this, I said the $720.00 phone, free, as we were sold on those terms, he said ok, he will review this and call me tomorrow, but he has not called me since.
