    In Feb. of 2023 I brought **** my 2019, 20, and 21 taxes to look over to file amended returns. He put me off for several weeks because he was busy with tax season filing other client's annual returns. Not a problem. Where I have a problem is what happened since. He agreed to do the amended returns but it took months of me coming in to his office and calling to get him to even work on them. Finally in October (after months of making excuses and avoiding me several times) he says to me in person that they are done. I asked what is the amount. He said oh somewhere around $600 is what I think I remember. Promised I would have my return in November 2023. He gave me my original paperwork back but nothing to prove that he had actually filed the amended returns. So after Nov. came and went and I still have no deposit in my account I started calling him again and showing up in his office. (By the way, also, the office hours listed on his website are not accurate. He works whenever he feels like it and puts a sign on the door as to when he will be back in office). By *******, I am infuriated with him, but I am still polite every time I call. On 2/7/24, I called and actually got him on the phone. He says I will have an answer for you by tomorrow. I asked if he would call me and when with that answer. He says no, the way it works around here is you have to call me in the afternoon. So on 2/8/24 I call at 3pm (after getting a busy line all day). Mind you, I work two jobs and I do not have the time to keep playing phone tag. His secretary answers and says she will take a message because he is with a client now. ALL I need is proof that he amended the returns and the info to even just track it myself with the **** He won't even give me that and continues to avoid me! The message I left with his secretary yesterday was that I have been going back and forth for A YEAR about this and I need an answer TODAY. I am not even sure he did them at all. I want them DONE.
