This company lacks professionalism. *** had my vehicle towed because it was parked in a high-traffic area during winter. After finding out that it was taken to Eddies Towing, I called to confirm its location and inquire about the towing fee. The person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude. When I asked about the price, his response was, Nothing in life is free. I certainly dont expect anything to be free, so I rephrased my question to specifically ask for the ******** that moment, the owner of the car was in the background talking to the insurance company about the tow that was on its way to pick up her vehicle. The representative assumed she was speaking to him, even though I was the one on the call. He then proceeded to respond sarcastically to her, despite her not directing any comments towards him. When I tried to clarify the situation, he continued to be rude and eventually hung up on **** called back to understand why he hung up and to address the issue, as I was merely inquiring about the price. He continued to say, Im not going to be on a call doing family affair things, while remaining rude. Once again, he hung up.When we went to the *** station, I asked if Eddies was one of the towing services they typically use. They confirmed that it was for the westside location and mentioned that they frequently receive complaints about their rudeness and unprofessionalism. After paying $200, they did not provide a receipt and seemed surprised when we asked for one, so we had to leave and go retrieve one.
